ETS Overview

The Mission

Emerge Transformation School (ETS) is a ministry training center and prophetic community that teaches students to walk out their God given destiny. We do this by encouraging students to embrace their royal identity, learn the values of the Kingdom and walk in the authority and power of the King. Our vision is to train students to continue in the ministry style of Jesus: to enjoy the presence of God, say what He is saying, and do what He is doing.

God is in a good mood! We believe Jesus meant it when He taught us to pray “Your Kingdom come…on earth as it is in heaven.” ETS is committed to the truth that God loves people, gave Himself for them and has given His Church supernatural power to bring individuals and nations into wholeness. We are driven by a pursuit of God’s Presence, seeing believers step into their God-appointed destiny, and the unyielding conviction that God is good. ETS is Biblically-rooted and believes that Scripture is God-breathed, useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.

Students are challenged through in-class learning, homework and ministry opportunities to live out the naturally supernatural lifestyle while continually growing in character. Students new to this style of ministry will have the opportunity to grow in a safe, encouraging environment, while more experienced students will be challenged to go farther. Wherever you start, you will be forever impacted, and become more of the mighty leader God created you to be.

The Atmosphere

Boldness, passion and growth are center stage in ETS. These values define our atmosphere and are evident in worship, ministry and in relationships with each other.

ETS is a Kingdom Focused ministry school for students of all ages to come and learn how to live in the Kingdom of God and extend its borders. Honor is one of our core values which manifests through joining the generations and teaching every age group to value and serve one another.

Joy is another one. That means a lot of laughter and fun! Life at ETS is full, alive and joyful.

The school emphasizes hands on training and experience along with academic understanding. This creates a “do and teach” culture where all of the students are expected to take risks to stretch their faith and grow in their understanding of God. ETS believes that each verse of the Bible is an invitation into an experience with the Lord; therefore, the students are challenged to live out what they learn in the Bible. This produces a class environment that often feels very much like a laboratory where disciples practice the things they are being taught while instructors coach the process.

As the year progresses and the students begin to gain confidence and experience within the safety of the classroom, they are sent on outreaches into the community. This includes ministry to neighborhoods, after-school programs, and street & service evangelism, returning to class to share testimonies, give thanks and debrief, always cheering each other on as they share.

Personal Transformation

All Christians are in full-time ministry, regardless of their occupation. Whether someone is a doctor, an architect, a photographer, a pastor, a mom, or a missionary, all believers are called to live a life that represents Jesus and the values of His kingdom here on Earth. We want to equip and empower students to transform their sphere of influence for the King and His Kingdom. For us, this means that our graduates are as comfortable healing the sick and prophesying as they are in managing their own lives, communicating effectively or leading a ministry.

Student Life

ETS is unique because it is taught by apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. This gives a great variety of perspective for our students. Ninety percent of the teaching will be live from Brian Fenimore, Kristi Graner and various other special speakers with the remaining 10% comprised of DVD teaching from Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry.

The students receive a great deal of historic commentary and insight into the scriptures but they are also immersed in a revelatory culture where the Holy Spirit becomes the chief instructor and tour guide. He causes His Kingdom to come alive through the pages of the Bible. ETS students learn how to read, understand, and “do” the Bible – how to cast out demons, witness, heal the sick, prophesy, preach, pray; practice His presence and much more.

ETS is not for the faint of heart. It is an extremely fast paced season of schooling, and you must be ready and willing to invest time and energy to keep up. Students are in-class Mondays 6:15 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. and quarterly Friday night/all day Saturday. Students also have weekly assignments, service hours, outreaches, intensive weekends and small group meetings. Reading on your own time is expected and is a large part of our curriculum. Students read a book a month on top of daily Bible reading.

We are excited to have you join us on a lifelong journey to see the Lord glorified in every single part of culture and society and to experience a life where the things that were impossible now become normal.
